Appointment Policy
On the day of your appointment at Limelight:
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations
We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policy applies. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours notice we will try to re-book the slot, if we can’t, we will charge you 50% of the cost of the appointment.
